Step 1: No-Sweat Intro
Your journey starts with a sit-down conversation. We discuss your goals, why they’re important, and what success looks like for you. From there, we collect data using our InBody scanner to assess muscle mass, fat percentage, and body composition—so we can track your progress beyond just the number on the scale.
Step 2: Foundations Program
Next, you complete three one-on-one coaching sessions. These sessions introduce you to fundamental CrossFit movements, class expectations, and the culture at Breathe. One important lesson? Stepping outside your comfort zone—whether that’s introducing yourself to another member or pushing through a tough workout.
Step 3: Group Classes & Check-Ins
After Foundations, we decide whether to continue one-on-one training or transition to group classes. But it doesn’t stop there. We check in at the 30-day and 90-day marks to ensure you’re making progress and enjoying your experience! After that, we implement quarterly athlete check-ins, which can now be booked using a simple QR code—making it easier than ever to stay accountable.
