When Trinity Collette graduated college last May and started her first full-time job, she quickly realized something was missing. Sitting in a cubicle all day with little movement was making her anxious and sluggish. By late September, she knew she needed a change, and after a quick Google search, Breathe CrossFit popped up. Fast forward a few months, and the results speak for themselves:

Breaking the Routine & Taking the Leap
Before CrossFit, Trinity played high school sports and sporadic group fitness classes in college, but nothing stuck long-term. The structure of group training, the supportive community, and the challenge of CrossFit kept her coming back. “I almost bailed on my first class,” she admitted. “I was so nervous. But my boyfriend told me to just give it six months. If I hated it, I could quit. And now I can’t imagine not doing it.”
Results That Go Beyond the Scale
Physically, Trinity feels stronger than ever, but her biggest transformation? Her mindset…
“I was feeling anxious, overwhelmed, and just stuck. But when I’m working out, I’m too busy focusing on the workout to worry about anything else. It levels me out.”
She’s also cleaned up her nutrition—swapping bagels for protein-packed breakfast bowls and cutting back on takeout. She even has her sights set on hitting her first pull-up and mastering pistol squats!
Advice for Anyone Hesitant to Join?
“It’s really not that much (money) compared to the dumb stuff we (already) spend money on. People buy coffee every day or go out drinking, and that adds up fast. This is an investment in myself, and it’s worth every penny.”
