Semi-Private Training: The Program You’ve Been Asking For
We’re launching something new this month: Semi-Private Training.
And I’m really excited about it because this is the program people have been asking for.
What Is Semi-Private Training?
It’s personal training in a small group.
Max 4 people. Each person gets their own customized program. A coach is there the entire time giving feedback, corrections, and progressions.
It’s not a class where everyone does the same workout.
It’s personal training where you happen to be training alongside 3 other people.
Why We’re Doing This
Because there’s a gap.
Group classes are great. They’re fun, they’re affordable, they’re coached, and they work for a lot of people.
But they’re not for everyone.
Some people need more attention. More modifications. More specific programming for their goals.
Personal training is perfect for that. But it’s expensive. $70+ per session adds up fast.
Semi-Private Training fills the gap.
You get the individualization of personal training at a fraction of the cost.
Who Is This For?
You want more attention than group classes provide.
In a class of 12-15 people, the coach can’t spend 10 minutes working with you on your squat depth. In semi-private, they can.
You have specific goals.
Training for a competition? Rehabbing an injury? Trying to hit a 300lb deadlift? You need a program designed for YOU, not a general fitness class.
You need modifications.
If you’re dealing with an injury or limitation, trying to keep up with a class workout can be frustrating. In semi-private, the program is built to accomplish your goals faster..
You prefer small group energy over solo training.
Some people love 1-on-1 training. Others don’t need eyes on them at all times. Semi-private gives you the energy of training with others without sacrificing the coaching.
You want personal training but can’t afford $70/session.
This is the most common reason people sign up. They want the attention but the price has been holding them back.
How It Works
Every person in the group gets their own program. You might be working on strength while the person next to you is working on conditioning. The coach manages all of it.
You’re not competing with the other people in your group. You’re working toward your own goals with their support.
Limited Spots
If you’ve been thinking about personal training but the price was holding you back, this is your solution.
