Moms, it’s time to focus on YOU! Our 6-week Diapers and Dumbbells class is the perfect way to ease back into fitness after childbirth and reclaim your strength, confidence, and energy. Whether your little one is just a few months old or approaching their second birthday, this program is designed for moms with babies under 2 years old. Join at any-time!

Class Details:

Sundays, 10am – 11am
Starting 10/20 (6-week program)
Workouts focused on strength and rebuilding core stability

$119 for current members
$149 for non-members
