6 Weeks to Better Habits: Inside Our Spring Nutrition Challenge

At Breathe CrossFit, we believe that nutrition shouldn’t feel overwhelming—it should feel doable, one habit at a time. That’s why our Spring Nutrition Challenge, led by Coach Abby, is focused on building consistency through habit stacking: the art of pairing a new habit with one you already do.

In this podcast episode, Coach Toni walks through the weekly focus of the challenge:

  • Week 1: Move your body daily
  • Week 2: Add your protein goal (based on InBody scan or goal weight)
  • Week 3: Drink half your body weight in ounces of water
  • Week 4: Eat veggies every day
  • Week 5: Prioritize 7–9 hours of sleep
  • Week 6: Eliminate processed foods

Each habit builds on the last, encouraging members to layer in changes gradually. Toni shares personal strategies that have helped her stay consistent—including brushing her teeth next to a glass of water and tracking hydration with a time-marked gallon jug.
